New beginnings

"New Beginnings" marks a massive turning point in my life. In 2019 I was involved in a severe car accident that left me unable to work or do anything for about a year. During this time I finally decided to take the leap and go to college. Up until then, I was too scared to start because I was afraid of not being able to make a living doing what I love, Art. While recovering I decided life was too short to be afraid to follow my passion.

This shirt was cut from me in the ambulance. The central print is my mother's front door, where I moved in after my wreck. Our relationship had been not-so-great for a while, but near-death experiences have a way of bringing people back together. The worst day of my life brought me to where I am today, and for that I’m grateful.
