our bubble

This instillation looks at the idea of your safe space or your bubble and how we often curate our spaces to be reflections of ourselves: our interests, personalities, and memories impact how we decorate. The piece features 17 idyllic, exaggerated interior spaces encased in bubbles being blown from a giant bubble wand to evoke that sense of childhood nostalgia. Walking through this installation and being able to interact with the bubbles, being surrounded by these imagined spaces allows viewers to immerse themselves within the work, making them a part of it rather than a distant observer.
